'A forum for developing and disseminating good practice guidance on the management of radioactively and chemically contaminated land on nuclear and defence sites in the UK.'
Aims:

To reflect the need for broader debate, awareness raising and site take-up of the guidance, SAFEGROUNDS became a learning network. This enables the network not just to write good practice guidance but to help drive its implementation.
A programme of activities is built around the mission and aims each year and there are various mechanisms designed to enable engagement with a representative set of players.
Get involved with SAFEGROUNDS?Organisations and individuals can get involved as - steering group members, funders, technical consultants, network members, speakers or sponsors, document consultee and provider of study material. Please contact us for further information |
